We are now in week 3 of our Healthy Workplace Challenge for #HealthyWorkplaceMonth.
This week’s focus is improving our mental health through physical health.
I know that for me personally, my mental health suffers if I am not physically active. Now, with the days getting colder, this is often the time when people start to shut down their outdoor activities and settle in.
How can you as an employer encourage your employees to stay active during these cooler months ahead? Perhaps you could bring in a yoga instructor, or if you are working remotely have a walking lunch social once a week where everyone is required to take part.
Be creative to get your employees moving!
