Businesses across Ontario have an opportunity to upskill and reskill their employees at no cost through the Skills Bridge program, available until May 31, 2026.
Developed by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) in partnership with the Diversity Institute, the program is powered by Magnet and funded by the Future Skills Centre and the Government of Canada. It was created to help small and medium-sized businesses address skills gaps and strengthen their workforce.
Through Skills Bridge, businesses can enroll up to 10 employees in more than 60 free training courses covering areas such as:
• Management
• Customer Service
• Sales and Marketing
• Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)
• Digital Skills including Excel, SEO, Social Media and E-Commerce
The program offers flexible learning options that allow employees to complete training anytime and at their own pace. Employers can also track course progress through a simple dashboard designed to help manage employee learning.
With limited free licenses available, businesses are encouraged to register early to take advantage of this opportunity.
*Please note that the number of free licenses is finite, so take advantage of this opportunity and register today!
