As a Benefits Consultant with Norbram, Bill is focused on providing Employee Benefits solutions to businesses of all sizes. He is the exclusive Chambers Plan agent in the Markham area and works closely with the Markham Board of Trade to bring the plan to local businesses. In addition, Bill has strong relationships with many of the insurance companies in the benefits industry. The result…unbiased advice and customized solutions.
To complement his Employee Benefits focus, Bill has a strong background in Life Insurance, Disability & Critical Illness Insurance. This allows him to provide clients with expert advice for their corporate and personal insurance planning needs.
Prior to joining Norbram in 2010, Bill worked with Great-West Life for 6 years in a sales and marketing position, specializing in Disability & Critical Illness Insurance. Bill graduated from Brock University in 2004 with an Honours Degree in Business Administration. With a commitment to continuous learning, Bill acquired his Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designation in 2011.
Bill is an active member of the Markham Board of Trade, and currently holds the Chairman position for the Markham Board’s Young Professionals Committee. Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with a number of local sports teams.

Celeste Ragudo
Norbram welcomed Celeste to the team in January 2017. In her position as Benefits Coordinator, Celeste specializes in assisting Norbram customers with the many aspects of benefits plan administration. Celeste is a proven problem solver who enjoys a challenge. Her background includes a degree in fine arts and extensive work experience in the account management & customer service fields.
Outside of the office Celeste enjoys spending time outdoors camping & hiking with her husband and 3 children.
