We needed to quickly find a new group insurance solution after our existing carrier become too expensive. Very reliable Insurance company to work with. All my company employees are insured for Medical & Benefits under Norbram. They are not only very efficient, reliable & professional, they are very ethical. During these Covid 19 pandemic times, they have willingly discounted our monthly subscription automatically. Very few companies do business in a such an ethical way. I personally worked with Chelsea Dell, and she is a pleasure to work with. They will personally come to you and do all the necessary support to open the accounts and more than all Chelsea personally came to thank me and bring the membership cards to me. They go out of the way to make their customers happy. I am very pleased that our company selected Norbram to get our Dental & Medical Benefits for my employees. Have been working with Bill Hutton at Norbram for the past few years. Bill checks in with me once in a while to ensure we have no issues with my company's employee insurance policy. He also provide an annual reviews with me, and presents a few options of other competitive plans to determine there is a need to change of plans. He follows through all of the questions and requests, glad to work with Bill.
